*Big news* our art program has relocated to Wilmington, NC!
It's a brand new beginning for many of us, and a time of fresh starts. The new school year is upon us, and so is a fresh new place for Creative Geniuses.
After 8 wonderful years in and around Des Moines, IA 🥶 serving thousands of students and their families 💝, we have moved to the beach! 🏄🏽♀️ 🌊 ☀️ 🌺 Our new location of warm sunshine, the fresh breeze, & cleansing ocean waves have inspired us to refresh, renew, and revive our program.
🙏🏽 It is with so much Gratitude to all the schools, their staff, community centers, libraries, social organizations, students, kids, city recreation supports, and families that have supported this program from the moment it started. We have connnected through the love of creativity & maintained so many fulfilling relationships. We watched our children grow over the years, new sibling babies being born and them growing. It's been amazing the program has attracted and connected such great people. We look forward to taking the next steps as a registered business of North Carolina and sharing with you the exciting creative opportunities and experiences.
Creative Geniuses is an engaging, educational, & student driven community art program. Our students activate their unique creativity exploring varieties of art mediums including drawing, painting, and sculpture. We form partnerships to brighten the community through art making.

When Covid hit, the Des Moines Botanical Gardens could not host guests for a traditional annual event. A partnership with Creative Geniuses brought the event to home. Still, a fun art project to try at home. Check this out!
